Bear Lake

Last Friday, after Tyrel got home from work, we packed up and left for another trip to Bear Lake. This time Tyrel took some more time off of work so that we could have a longer vacation. We just got home last night (Tuesday), so I have been doing laundry, unpacking, and cleaning, etc. Vacations are always so fun and much needed, but can I just say that I hate all the packing and then all the unpacking and cleaning when you get home! It's ok though, the fun that we had made it totally worth it!!! We took our bikes and went on several bike rides, played lots of mini golf, swam in the pool, and played on the beach. Tytyn loved the water this time and also loved playing in the sand. But most of all it was nice to just relax with my family and not worry about the little everyday stresses.

He loves being pushed in the swing!

I thought this was a pretty funny look:)

Playing in the sand

He loves repetition lately! I will literally read him the same book 50 times a day and he loves it!!!

He learned the "art of dipping". After he was done dipping his fries and chicken he continued dipping his fingers in the sauce, he just couldn't get enough ha ha:)

We made the mistake of putting the food box next to him in the backseat. He got a hold of a little container full of powdered sugar and this is the mess I found right when we were about to stop for dinner on our way home.

Neither of us could get mad though because it was just too funny! We were laughing hysterically and I just figure that messes are like little learning experiences for the sweet little bud.

The Last Two Weeks

Weekend before last Tytyn and I pretty much spent 3 days in bed watching cartoons. The poor little guys was SO sick and miserable. Being sick in the summer is the worst!!! So our whole weekend consisted of high fevers, vomit, diahrrea, and trying to constantly coax Tytyn into drinking lots of fluids and to eat something! He didn't have an appetite at all, poor thing! All he wanted to do was cuddle and sleep. I know this is selfish, but I love all the cuddles I get from him when he is sick:)

He loved snuggling with his Tigger when he was sick.

Then last weekend we went to the lake with Tyrel's family. Tytyn loved running around and playing and he especially loved the water this time!

Then on Monday (the 1st) it was our 3rd Anniversary! I can't begin to describe how lucky I am to have this wonderful man in my life! He can always make me laugh and we have so much fun together! Here's a few pics of the past, they are some of my favorites.

Tyrel brought me home 2 dozen roses, aren't they goregous!!!

The day of our Anniversary was also a good day to can some strawberry jam:)
