March

March has once again been a busy month for us. Tytyn went to a little birthday part for the neighbor boy. We LOVE our neighbors. In all of our other houses we either didn't know our neighbors or didn't really have any. We have the best 2 families on either side of us. We feel so blessed to be here, there are really good people that live here. The next 2 days after the b-day party I watched my friends two boys (my neighbor) while she was out of town. I just love those boys (Dylan and Daxton) and Tytyn loves them too! They have so much fun together. Then on the 12th I was in charge of the relief society birthday party dinner. We did lots of yummy salads, about 5-6 dozen rolls, and 2 different desserts; a chocolate trifle and caramel apple cheesecake bars. I had lots of good help from some of my friends in the ward, I'm so grateful for their help because it was kind of a stressful process, but fun at the same time. I love cooking and baking, but I can't say I've ever made anything for that many people before (75). We had such an awesome stake conference 2 weeks ago. I am so glad we were here for it. We have a really awesome stake presidency. It was kind of intense and they talked alot about needing to be more prepared, physically and spiritually. It really made a HUGE impression on both Tyrel and I and it kicked our butts into gear. We are doing really well as far as the spiritual aspect goes, but obviously there is always room for improvement. We have been researching more about food storage and other preparedness tools. Hopefully throughout the rest of this year we can work up to being completely self sufficient or itleast alot more prepared than we were.  Last weekend we made a really fast trip down to Idaho, thursday night through saturday afternoon. Tyrel went on call yesterday for the next week. When he has been on call he has never been called out, until last night. He got called out around 9 and didn't get home til a quarter to one. I felt really bad for him because he had to get right back up at 530 in the morning to go back to work. I'll post a few random pics I have of the month. They are from my digital camera, so they're not great at all.

He has had this obsession lately with temples. He is always stacking things really high on top of one another and calling it a temple. Its really sweet:) And he always begs to please come to the temple with us. Its hard explaining to a 2 year old why he can't go inside yet, but itleast he can walk around the temple grounds, I'll have to take him to do that more often. It is SO awesome having a temple 5 minutes away. We have been trying to go more often. We always go once together a month and try to go once by ourselves too. I wish I could find another Mom to trade with and go once a week, but nobody has seemed interested yet that I've asked.

Here is another "temple." ha ha

Bowling for the first time! He had so much fun, we went with our neighbor family.

These are his buddies, Dylan and Daxton.

This was one afternoon when I was watching the boys and we made some homemade play dough. They were so fascinated by the fact that you could MAKE playdough ha ha. I've made it for Tytyn before, but obviously these boys had never seen it ha ha. That is Tytyn's St. Patricks day shirt. It says Happy Happy Happy St. Patricks Day and has the 4 guys from Duck dynasty on it. We love that show! If you haven't seen it, you should give it a try, its hilarious!

Hope everyone is doing well! I enjoy reading all your blogs and feeling like I have an idea of what everyone is up to. Until next time......
