February

I know February isn't quite over yet, but I want to document some things before I get to far behind. This month has been a fun one for us. The first weekend we got to drive down to Salt Lake and hang out with my parents for 2 days. We got to hang out with lots of family and had lots of fun together. February is the month of love as you all know. Can I just say that I am so blessed to have Tyrel as my eternal companion. We had a really fun date on Valentine's. We went to dinner, then visited a friend in the hospital who had just had her twins and then we went to the temple. Valentine's Day is great and all, but it just felt like any other day, and you want to know why? Because I have the best husband ever! He tells me everday how beautiful I am and how much he loves me and appreciates me. It doesn't get any better than that! Although he did get me a little something extra special for Valentine's. He bought me a set of pearls, something I've always wanted. He's so good to me. The day after Valentine's Day we drove to Bear Lake to stay in a condo for a couple days with Tyrel's family. Everyone was able to make it, so that was fun. The guys went snowmobiling the first day and then the 2nd day we all went skiing. It was my first time ever snow skiing. It was a lot of fun, I won't say I didn't get frustrated quite a few times, but it was fun to spend half a day with just Tyrel. He was really patient with me and stayed close to me the whole time. Sunday after church we drove to Blackfoot and on Monday we sorted our cows. We have a bunch that are heavy enough to sell, so thats exciting. Its always fun to work together as a family. We even bring the kiddos out to be with us and they love it. This last weekend, Tyrel had another campout with the scouts so Buddy and I had some fun together. After I put him to bed I caught up on a couple of my favorite shows and then decided to go to bed early because I had a splitting headache. Tytyn is a really good sleeper and stays in his bed all night, but I had a thought. He isn't going to be little much longer, it is already going so fast. I went in his room picked him up and brought him in to sleep with me. He sat up for a second and said watcha doin Momma? I was like do you wanna sleep with Mommy in her bed tonight and have cuddles? He said YA! So I got to snuggle with my little buddy all night. I'll miss things like that when he gets older and to cool to have snuggles with Mom. Get ready for another picture overload.

We went to the Children's Museum one day with my parents in SLC, Tytyn LOVED it!

He fell in love with my cousin Kennedy.

I love the faces him and my Mom are pulling at each other!

Hanging out at the condo.

Playing with Uncle Brian.

He really took an interest in Baby Colston one night. It was cute to watch him be so sweet with him. It made my heart hurt at the same time though because I want that so badly for him, he will be such an awesome big brother someday.

Hanging out in the scale house eating snacks.

Some of our cows about to be weighed.

I had to document this pic that Britini took because this is a real smile of Ted's and we don't get that too often for the camera! ha ha

My cute hubby.

January

So much has gone on in the last month or two! I wish I had kept my January calender page so that I could remember all that we did. One weekend in January we went to Cedar Hills for Logan and Karissa's 2nd reception. We stayed in a hotel that night and had fun swimming in the pool. The next day we were able to visit Grandma Larsen before heading back home, it was a really short trip, but fun nonetheless. Then two weekends later we traveled to Blackfoot for Tyrel's brother's farewell. We miss Dawson, but know he is where he is supposed to be! He is still in the MTC, but will be leaving for South Korea sometime in March. Here's a picture overload of our January adventures.

He thought it would be fun to line up a bunch of his trucks and tractors on my bed one day.

Pretty snow in our backyard.

All bundled up and ready to go play in the snow.

I miss things like this from living in Idaho. I had to pull over and let them all pass, but I got some cool pics. It reminded me of one day several years ago that I was leaving for work from our house in Blackfoot. Just as I was getting into the car and pulling out of the garage this semi blew past our house, it was going extremely fast! I was heading the same way he was and as I drove over the hill I had to stop because there had been an accident. The semi was going so fast that it couldn't stop in time and ran into a herd of sheep just like this. There was blood and sheep everywhere. It was one of the saddest things I've ever seen! Hopefully that driver learned his lesson.

This weekend Tyrel was on a winter campout with the scouts and I wanted to do something fun with Tytyn. I wanted to take him to the movies, but there wasn't any kid movies playing so we decided to make some play dough! We had so much fun making it together and it literally entertained him for 2 hours!!!

He is waiting for it to cool, if you can't tell , he is blowing on it, sweet boy.

One of our trees in our backyard. I always have loved the way they look after  a fresh snowfall.

One weekend when we were in Salt Lake we took Tytyn to the new Scheels store and I rode the ferris wheel with him.

This is my handsome boy just being silly.

Notice his face as I'm puckering for a kiss from him:)

These 2 are starting to have so much fun together, they're cute to watch.

There was a bunch of cute little girls that decided to chase Tytyn around at the reception. They would take turns and let him chase them as well. He had so much fun doing this and still talks about to this day about that one day when he chased all those grills(girls in Tytyn language). Should I be worried? ha ha

Jumping into the pool to Daddy. He LOVES swimming and gets more brave everytime.

He loved this game where Tyrel and Brian threw Tytyn in the air to each other.

Tytyn with his Uncle Brian and cousin Heston.

Building block towers with his Nani.

Cute boys

Last family pic together before Dawson left.

They've got mischief written all over their face!

Bundled up after his swim.

Playing in the snow with his poochies. Something he likes to go out and do everyday.

Tytyn and I crashed on the sled, he wasn't to happy about it.
